With J.V. Narlikar proposed the hypothesis of the gravitational curvature of radio waves due to the presence of galaxies (1978)

Mapped the differential rotation of the solar interior

Measured heavy elements abundances in the solar interior

With Saslaw & Narasimha discovered Einstein rings
